1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and l44g ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By using the Platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read and fully accept these Terms.

Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate termination of your account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification codes with any other person. l44g will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your l44g account and update it regularly.
• You must notify l44g support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.
• You must ensure that all personal details registered on your account are kept up to date. If any details change, you must update your account profile promptly.

KYC Verification

l44g may at any time require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before permitting withdrawals or continued use of the Platform. This may involve submitting a government-issued photo identification document and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in temporary restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal requests until verification is successfully completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the l44g Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). l44g supports deposits and withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. l44g does not accept deposits from joint accounts, corporate accounts, or third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Deposit Terms

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the l44g Platform:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary depending on the payment method and any active promotions. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• l44g does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. l44g bears no responsibility for third-party fees.

Withdrawal Terms

• If a bonus has been credited to your account, the applicable wagering requirement must be met in full before any funds derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Withdrawal of a deposit before a bonus wagering requirement is met may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Sports Betting

Casino Games

The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is determined solely by the game provider and is outside l44g's control. Players acknowledge that:

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l44g shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if l44g has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In particular, l44g accepts no liability for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof due to circumstances beyond l44g's reasonable control, including server outages, network failures, force majeure events, or regulatory action.
• Losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
